In this hands on pottery class, you’ll explore the basics of handbuilding and learn different techniques for shaping, joining and texturing clay. We give you the freedom to create the piece of your choice; from a pitchers, apéro boards, and bowls to knife holders, you can express your creativity fully. One drink is included.

How the class unfolds

  • 1 — CREATE

    Slow down from your day, get familiar with clay and learn the basics of handbuilding.

  • 2 — SHAPE

    Start shaping and building with your hands, taking your time to create a piece of your own.

  • 3 — FINISH & COLLECT

    Choose your glaze, or book a dedicated glazing session to finish it yourself. We’ll then dry, trim, and kiln fire your piece, ready to collect approximately 4–5 weeks later.
