Learn the basics of ceremonial-grade matcha and how to prepare it properly, before whisking and enjoying your own bowl. Then, with your matcha in hand, you will paint your own ceramic matcha bowl with guidance from the Torro team.

About the Instructor
Linh is the founder of OKU, a Swiss matcha brand born from a long-standing love of matcha and a desire to put the focus back on the matcha itself.
After years of drinking matcha, she found it surprisingly difficult to find places where the quality, origin, and preparation of the tea were given as much attention as the drinks and aesthetics surrounding it. This became part of the inspiration behind OKU: sourcing high-quality ceremonial matcha directly from a farm in Japan and making good matcha approachable without losing sight of the craft behind it.
Through OKU, Linh shares not only matcha, but the knowledge, tradition, and techniques that allow people to understand what makes a good bowl and confidently prepare one themselves.
