Feel the clay move through your hands as you guide it into any shape you imagine. You'll be introduced to the fundamentals of wheel throwing: from wedging and centering, coning up and coning down, to shaping your final creation.

Included:

• Clay and materials for 2 pieces with glaze and firing

• Use of wheel, tools, and equipment

• Selection of glaze

At the end of the class, you’ll have your pieces, which we will carefully dry, glaze, and kiln-fire in our studio. Please choose your glaze colour and inform the teacher – we'll take care of the rest. Your finished ceramic will be ready for collection in approximately 4–5 weeks.You may also book an additional glazing session to personalise your piece with the colour of your choice.
